Pick Everard are looking to employ an Associate Director to join our flourishing Project Management team in Leeds.

The successful candidate will help to build, grow, manage and support the Project Management team working on target towards the business plan objectives. In your role, you will undertake the role of being the Client Account Manager on significant client accounts, providing a focused approach to the further development of the client, resulting in sustainable and profitable long-term programmes of work. You will be representing the firm in developing significant new relationships that align with the practice's strategic goals, leading to high-value new business.
The role will provide you with an opportunity to take the lead and contribute to developing several new initiatives and innovations that will see increased levels of income to the business. With your expertise, you will be providing direction on complex projects and programmes of high value.

About You

Our ideal Associate Director must have:
  • Significant experience in a similar role ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Excellent understanding of forms of building contracts (including JCT and NEC3)
  • Strong bid writing and presentation skills to client
  • Industry knowledge across a variety of sectors
It would be nice for you to have:
  • Achieved a relevant professional qualification (NECreg, MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS, Prince 2)
  • Current membership of a construction related professional body such as RICS, CIOB, APM, etc
  • An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Developed leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Experience in Public sector developments including infrastructure, public realm and other public built assets.
