Be part of our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Senior Civil Engineer in our thriving, well-established Bristol office, where collaboration and innovation drive everything we do.

As a vital member of the team, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of major Highways, Public Realm, and Infrastructure projects—including Residential, Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Ministry of Justice, Commercial, and Leisure developments

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Produce technical designs, specifications, and reports for a wide range of projects varying in size, type, and complexity.
  • Collaborate on both single-discipline and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Contribute to business growth by maintaining and developing strong client and partner relationships.
  • Assist senior leadership in achieving business objectives and successful project delivery.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.

About You

Our ideal Senior Civil Engineer will have: 

  • Degree in civil engineering or related field; working towards or holding a professional qualification (CEng/IEng).
  • Experience in delivering infrastructure and bespoke projects.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player with a confident, positive and enthusiastic attitude, able to lead a team to success.
  • Actively engaged in CPD activities.
  • Knowledge of appointment forms and construction contracts.
  • Confident in client liaison and building relationships across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with accountability for assigned tasks.
