We're looking for someone with excellent technical skills and the ability to independently run and lead complex projects, whilst providing junior colleagues with technical support and guidance.
Pick Everard has an established portfolio of high profile and nationally significant clients, including UNESCO world heritage sites, major museums and cultural institutions, mission critical facilities, healthcare estates, custodial environments, energy and infrastructure, and complex public sector assets.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of UK security clearance in order to work on certain projects. The required clearance level will depend on the nature of the work and the sensitivity of the information involved.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the electrical design and delivery of complex building services projects across both the private and public sectors.
- Preparing designs, feasibility studies, technical reports, specifications and contract documentation.
- Undertaking electrical system analysis, calculations and technical assessments.
- Managing projects and design packages from concept through to construction, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinating electrical designs with mechanical, structural, architectural and other specialist disciplines.
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors and other key project stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Managing project deliverables and supporting resource planning across the team.
- Providing technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to engineers and graduate trainees.
- Supporting client relationships, proposals and wider business development activity.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, CDM Regulations, company procedures and relevant legislation.
