As a Project Architect you will:
Be actively involved in the design of projects from inception to completion 
Assist to deliver projects on time 
Assist with day-to-day planning and programming 
Liaise with clients to understand requirements
Supervise and manage Architectural Assistants on a day-to-day basis 
 

About You

You are enthusiastic and take a proactive approach to your work. You have excellent communication skills at all levels, and externally with clients. You are confident leading teams from project inception to completion. You have good influencing skills and can motivate and work collaboratively with your team. You are confident with technical delivery and have an eye for quality design. You can multitask and work to tight deadlines. 

This role will suit a competent and proficient Project Architect, who has a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. You will also have demonstrable experience working across an array of sectors such as: education, healthcare, and central/local government. 

Project Architect key requirements include:
RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration 
Proficient use of REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design skills and sound knowledge of technical standards and regulations 
Experience with Lumion – desirable 
Experience with Solibri – desirable 
A full UK driving license
