Start your account management career by supporting some of the biggest construction projects in the UK. Work flexibly at home and from our central office in Leicester, joining an established team of account managers, with a great track record of promoting from within. 

As a Client Account Administrator you will report into our Client Account Managers, providing key administrative, reporting and operational support across an array of projects. Working with key clients across the water, custodial and commercial industry, you will ensure Pick Everard continues to provide excellent service, by reporting on project progress, client satisfaction surveys and regular updates. In addition you will help to map out organisational structures of new clients and set out the timetable of projects undertaken. Your main duties / responsibilities will also include:
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Ensuring the right parties are engaged and provided within timelines of distribution, for example the Quasi Turnover report and the drafting to the Strategic Client Analysis report.

  • Assist in the preparation of the meetings and events relating to client account management, this will entail co-ordinating and in some instances leading other parts of the Strategic Development Team members.

  • Assist in the kick off Client Account Meetings and drive the completion of Account Plans across the business.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the client portal internally.

  • Assist and support any Client Account Management queries from the wider teams, including bespoke reporting.

  • Support in the development and maintenance of the client satisfaction process.

  • Responsible for the accuracy of the Pipeline data and must actively check and verify the data and ensure this is aligned to our accounting system. This will also include coordinating the requests and reminders to the delivery teams across the firm.

  • Responsible for team Coordination activities and support both the Business Relationship Director and the Associate Director of Supply Chain Partnerships with administrative tasks.

About You

Ideally you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
  • Strong administration and data entry experience
  • Good demonstrable standard of written and spoken English
  • Experience with administrative systems and support, gained in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel) and experience in using SharePoint
  • Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Excellent and confident communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Ability to manage own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Methodical and organised
