Our Opportunity

Are you a school leaver (or will you be completing school education in the coming months)? If you have an interest in construction and engineering and an ambition to start your career in Building Surveying/Structural Engineering then join us for an apprenticeship.  

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to learn and earn as we support you in developing your knowledge in building surveying, structural design and detailing under the support of Technicians, Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers. You’ll also assist with site inspections with our senior surveyors and engineers to gain knowledge of different building construction forms and details.

As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers, Architects, and Designers you’ll learn and collaborate together, creating holistic designs that make a meaningful impact on the built environment.

About You

Our ideal apprentice must have:

  • A keen interest in technology and computer aided design. 
  • An interest in construction/surveying/engineering.
  • At least 5 x GCSEs including Maths, English, and Science (9-4/A*-C or equivalent). OR 3 x A Levels (A-C) or Level 3 BTEC in Engineering.
  • The ability to work well in a team.

It would be nice for you to have:

  • Motivation to progress onto further qualifications to continuously professionally develop.
  • A good eye for detail.
  • A willingness to attend site inspections under the supervision of Senior Building Surveyors/Structural Engineers.
